Art. 8.° Los sueldos anuales liquidados se reconocerán a favor de los respectivos acreedores por duodécimos partes, mes por mes; i cuando algun empleado solo hubiere servido algunos dias del mes, la liquidacion se hará por regla de proporcion, según el número de dias que traiga el mes. En la liquidacion i ordenacion de pago por cantidades que contengan centavos, no se liquidarán sino las fracciones que terminen por cero o cinco.
