ArtÃculo 1Âº SuspÃ©ndese la vigencia de los artÃculos 2Âº, 3Âº, 4Âº, 5Âº, 6Âº, 7Âº, 8Âº, 9Âº, 11, 12 y 17 de la Ley 31 de 1929 hasta el 1Âº de enero de 1933. Durante esta suspensiÃ³n regirÃ¡n las disposiciones legales contenidas en el CÃ³digo de Elecciones ( Ley 85 de 1916 ) con las leyes que lo adicionan y reforman, inclusive las de la Ley 31 de 1929 , que no queden suspendidas expresamente por este artÃculo.

ParÃ¡grafo. Para los efectos de la presente Ley no tendrÃ¡ aplicaciÃ³n lo dispuesto por el artÃculo 14 de la Ley 153 de 1887 .
