supplements ley 16/90

Adiciónase al artículo 5° de la Ley 16 de 1990 , así:

“Parágrafo 3° Unicamente el Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación podrá delegar su asistencia a la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario. Tal delegación solo podrá realizarse en el Jefe de la Unidad de Estudios Agrarios”.
