Comisión de Manejo . Siempre que se supere la rentabilidad mínima a que se refiere el inciso primero del artículo 16 de este Decreto, la Administradora tendrá derecho a una comisión de manejo, de acuerdo con lo que sobre el particular señale la Superintendencia Bancaria. En todo caso, la comisión no podrá afectar la rentabilidad mínima señalada.
