Art. 1.° Exímense del pago de los derechos de importacion los materiales para un monumento histórico que la sociedad "de amigos del país" va a erijir en la ciudad de Mompos.

Parágrafo

Dicha exencion no exime a los introductores del deber de llenar todas las formalidades legales que se exijen para la importacion de mercancías estranjeras.
