Art. 6°. Los derechos á que dé lugar el artículo anterior se ventilarán ante cualquier Juez nacional, con citacion del Agente del Ministerio público, por medio de diligencias breves y sumarias, cuyo único objeto será preconstituir la prueba de la infraccion.
