Siempre que una de las causas o motivos del delito haya sido el uso inmoderado de bebidas alcohólicas, el Juez debe imponer al responsable, como accesoria, la prohibición de entrar, por un término de seis meses a tres años, una vez cumplida la condena, a cualquier lugar, o establecimiento donde se expenda dicha clase de bebidas.
