La UIA, previo concepto de la Co­misión Étnica de conformidad con el Reglamento, definirá una metodo­logía diferencial para delitos cometidos contra pueblos étnicos y apli­cará criterios de selección, priorización, acumulación y descongestión de investigación. Para la investigación dispondrá de personal suficiente especializado en enfoque étnico.
