° A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto las siguientes licencias de exportación no requerirán el visto bueno del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias
a)
Las de equipajes; y
b)
Las de auxilios, regalos, devoluciones y muestras sin valor comercial.
