ESTIMULOS. Los estímulos se otorgan para exaltar una conducta ejemplar o reconocer servicios meritorios prestados por los reclusos. En su aplicación se tendrán en cuenta los antecedentes del individuo, su personalidad, los motivos de su conducta, la naturaleza de ella o del hecho que resulte, y las circunstancias de tiempo, modo y lugar que influyeron en el comportamiento.
