Decreto 2285 de 1989 · Por el cual se incrementan la Planta de Personal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Tribunal Disciplinario.

º. Increméntase la planta de personal del Tribunal Disciplinario con los siguientes cargos: No. DENOMINACIÓN GRADO 1 Secretario general 22 4 Abogados asistentes 21 4 Oficiales mayores 12

Parágrafo

Los cargos anteriores serán de libre nombramiento y remoción por parte de cada uno de los Magistrados del Tribunal Disciplinario, con excepción del Secretario General que se designará por la Sala Plena de la Corporación. Suprímese el cargo de Secretario del Tribunal Disciplinario grado 20.
