Artículo primero. Apruébase el reconocimiento hecho a favor del Departamento del Valle del Cauca, por la cantidad de cuatro millones setecientos y seis pesos con treinta y ocho centavos ($ 4.718.476.38), por medo de la resolución ejecutiva número 112 de 1956, por concepto de inversiones hechas en obras de reconstrucción y pavimentación de carreteras nacionales.
