Art. 7° Las libranzas "antioqueñas" de 1886 contra el impuesto de degüello en el departamento de Antioquia, seguirán admitiéndose en pago de dicho impuesto, hasta el 31 de Diciembre del presente año, de acuerdo con lo estipulado en el contrato de arrendamiento de la mencionada renta. Autorizase al Gobierno para que disponga lo que estime justo y conveniente para atender el pago de las libranzas en referencia que no alcancen á amortizarse por el medio indicado.
