Conforme a lo dispuesto por el inciso 3º del artículo 7º de la Ley 38 de 1981, a las reuniones de la Comisión podrán asistir, con carácter informativo, los Senadores y Representantes designados al efecto por la Comisión del Plan del Congreso de la República. Así mismo, el Presidente de la Comisión de Concertación del Sector Bancario y Financiero podrá invitar a las reuniones de ésta a representantes de otras asociaciones o de organismos públicos y privados.
