° Los ingresos computados en el presupuesto especial, no podrán destinarse a un fin distinto del señalado en el renglón respectivo del presupuesto de gastos. Para este efecto, cuando ocurran recaudos por estos conceptos, el Tesorero que haya recibido tales fondos informará a la Secretaría de Hacienda para que ésta provea a la expedición de acuerdo de gastos respectivos y se haga la aplicación correspondiente.
