Cobro de auxilios atrasados. Sin perjuicio de la sanción a que se refiere el artículo anterior, las Administradoras podrán adelantar ante las autoridades competentes las acciones de cobro respectivas derivadas del incumplimiento a la obligación de entrega del auxilio de cesantía liquidado anualmente, cuando así lo solicite el trabajador.
