ARTICULO 29 . El Estudio de Impacto Ambiental para la pequeña minería, podrá ser individual, colectivo o regional. Esto es aplicable también para otras actividades productivas que se adelanten en pequeña escala, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que para el efecto se expida. En todo caso la Licencia Ambiental se otorgará de manera individual y estará sometida a las obligaciones contenidas en ella. CAPITULO VI. PROCEDIMIENTO
