HOMONIMIA. El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas se abstendrá de autorizar el funcionamiento de cooperativas con razón social igual o semejante a la de un organismo cooperativo de grado superior e instituciones auxiliares del cooperativismo de carácter financiero y de seguros, evitando en todo caso la existencia de homonimia.
