º Reconocimiento de honorarios. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 104 del Decreto-ley 2626 de 1994, el reconocimiento de honorarios a que tienen derecho los concejales, para su asistencia comprobada a sesiones, se causará sobre el salario diario del Alcalde vigente el 1º de enero de 1994.
