Art. 7.° La mayoría de los miembros del Jurado (exclusive el Secretario, quien no votará, aunque sí dará los informes que se le pidan según lo que aparezca del expediente) que asistan á cada deliberación, será la que decide; los votos se emitirán verbalmente, y en caso de empate, decidirá la suelte.
