Todas las entidades de las que trata la presente ley deberán hacer los ajustes normativos, institucionales, presupuestales y en la oferta de servicios que se requieran para cumplir con las funciones asignadas en el marco de la Política de Estado para el Desarrollo Integral de la Primera Infancia de Cero a Siempre y con su finalidad.
