Art. 1° Desde el día 1° de Junio del presente año en adelante, dejará de cobrarse el impuesto sobre los cigarrillos, establecido por el decreto número 194 de 12 de Marzo de 1887 (Diario Oficial número 6,985) en los Departamentos de Antioquia, Bolívar, Boyacá, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Magdalena, Santander y Tolima. En consecuencia, desde dicha fecha quedarán sin efecto en los mencionados Departamentos, todas las disposiciones dictadas por el Gobierno á virtud de la autorización que le confiere el artículo 13 de la Ley 91 de 1886.
