° Exceptuánse de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior aquellos casos en que a juicio del Departamento Jurídico, y teniendo en cuenta la fecha de autorización procedente del Departamento de Educación Secundaria o de Educación Normalista en su caso, se presuma que los interesados no alcanzaron a retirar sus diplomas antes del 9 de abril de 1948.
