Todo empleado a quien se confiere comisión de estudios que implique separación total o parcial en el ejercicio de sus funciones suscribirá con el organismo o entidad, un contrato en virtud del cual se obliga a prestar sus servicios al Sistema Nacional de Salud, por un tiempo no inferior al de la comisión.
