º El impuesto de consumo de tabaco, será, desde el 1.º de Julio próximo, de dos y medio centavos oro ($ 0-2½) por kilogramo, se causará al venderse la primera vez el artículo, y su valor se consigna en la Recaudación del lugar donde se hace la venta ó la entrega de que hablan los artículos anteriores.
