Artículo tercero. Para recibir las contribuciones de que trata este Decreto, las Juntas de Acción Comunal deberán acreditar su personería jurídica, y el Tesorero de las mismas deberá prestar fianza de manejo de acuerdo con las normas vigentes de la Contraloría General de la República a este respecto. Asimismo, se sujetarán a las prescripciones de esta entidad en cuanto a la rendición de las cuentas.
