Abrense al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1924, los siguientes créditos adicionales:

Laboratorio Nacional de Higiene

Artículo 1°. Hácense las siguientes translaciones en Presupuesto de Gastos para la presente vigencia fiscal:
