El que mendigue con amenazas o de modo vejatorio para con aquellos a quienes se dirige, será castigado con arresto de ocho a veinte días; en caso de reincidencia, el arresto será de veinte días a cuatro meses.

Se puede hacer sufrir esta condena como se dispone en el segundo aparte delArtículo precedente.
