Cuidará también el Juez de hacer constar las circunstancias que crea conducentes a determinar el grado de confianza que merezca el testigo; y cuando se trate de hechos crónicos, hará especificar los actos que el testigo ha presenciado y los motivos que tenga para reputar crónico el hecho.
