° Los que prueban haber Cultivado extensión mayor de doscientas cincuenta hectáreas tendrán derecho de preferencia al excedente de quinientas hectáreas á cambio de títulos de concesión de baldíos, siempre que la extensión no exceda de mil hectáreas.
