SEGUNDA PARTE

ARTÍCULO 2º. PRESUPUESTO DE GASTOS O LEY DE APROPIACIONES . Aprópiese para atender los gastos de funcionamiento, inversión y servicio de la deuda pública del Presupuesto General de la Nación durante la vigencia fiscal del 1º de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2006 una suma por valor de: CIENTO CINCO BILLONES TRESCIENTOS NOVENTA Y DOS MIL SEISCIENTOS CUATRO MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS OCHENTA Y CUATRO MIL CIENTO ONCE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($105,392,604,884,111), según el detalle que se encuentra a continuación:
