° Además de las facultades que les confiere á los Consejeros Municipales, el artículo 208 del Código Político y municipal, tendrán las siguientes:

1 ª. Nombrar los Tesoreros municipales;

2 ª. Nombrar los empleados cuya creación les corresponda conforme á las leyes y ordenanzas, Municipio por el Jefe del Ramo;

3 ª. Nombrar apoderados que representen los intereses del respectivo Municipio en los casos especiales y determinados que el Concejo tenga á bien confiarles.

Estos apoderados tendrán el carácter de Agentes del Ministerio Publico en los casos especiales para que sean nombrados.
