La "Prima de Navidad", decretada a favor de los servidores nacionales, correspondiente a las asignaciones, cuyo valor se atiende con partidas globales en la Ley de gastos, se pagara por los distintos Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, con cargo a la apropiación global del respectivo servicio, en el caso de que hubiere lugar a ello.
