°. Categorías de la licencia . La licencia de radioaficionado tendrá tres (3) categorías: Segunda o de Novicio; Primera o de Experto, y de Categoría Avanzada. Las licencias autorizan a su titular para operar estaciones radioeléctricas únicamente en las bandas de frecuencias atribuidas al servicio de radioaficionado, de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente decreto, para cada categoría de licencia.
