amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 232 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 232. Inmediatamente cese el motivo para la retención del vehículo se pondrá fin a ésta. Cuando se trate de la retención de vehículos de servicio público, ésta se cumplirá con la entrega del vehículo a la empresa a la cual se encuentre legalmente vinculado para que ella satisfaga bajo su responsabilidad la falta de requisito legal que dio origen a la retención, so pena de incurrir en multa equivalente a quince (15) salarios mínimos.
