Para Su Funcionamiento Y Desarrollo El Club Militar Podrá: A

°. Para su funcionamiento y desarrollo el Club Militar podrá

a)

Adquirir, enajenar, tomar o dar en arrendamiento bienes muebles e inmuebles a cualquier título;

b)

Contratar empréstitos con sujeción a las normas que regulan tales actos;

c)

Mantener cuentas corrientes y constituir depósitos a término en entidades bancarias o Instituciones similares;

d)

Comprar o suscribir acciones, cédulas, bonos u otras clases de títulos valores; y

e)
