º . Control del Recaudo . El Auditor Interno del Fondo de Fomento Hortifrutícola podrá realizar visitas de inspección a los documentos de las personas obligadas al recaudo, relacionados con la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola, con el propósito de verificar el debido pago y oportuna consignación de la misma en el Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola que cumpla con estos requisitos.
