En le término de seis (6) meses, a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, todos los cursos por correspondencia, nacionales o internacionales, deberán ser registrados en la Sección de Educación Comercial del ministerio de Educación. Los que dejen de hacerlo no podrán funcionar en el país.
