Cuando los empleados o Guardianes que asisten a las visitas tengan fundada sospecha de que el visitante y el detenido o condenado están en inteligencia peligrosa o ilícita, suspenderán inmediatamente la visita y darán aviso, por medio del Comandante o Jefe de la Guardia, al Director. Este decidirá, según las circunstancias, si confirma o revoca la suspensión.
