Articulo 58. De la Junta Asesora de Licitaciones . La Junta Asesora de Licitaciones estará integrada por: El Director de la Dirección General Administrativa que la presidirá, el Jefe de la División de Servicios Generales, El Director General del Área correspondiente, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Jefe Delegado de Presupuesto y el Auditor Fiscal ante el Ministerio. Actuará como Secretario Jefe de la Sección de Almacén y Suministros.
