Los contratos de concesión para la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión sonora, las modificaciones y las prórrogas de los mismos, serán conferidos por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones y darán lugar al pago de las tasas, derechos o tarifas establecidas en el Capitulo X de este Decreto.
