Art. 4.° Quedan derogados por el presente los Decretos y demás disposiciones dictadas por los Jefes Civiles y Militares del Departamento de Santander, sobre la manera de cobrar los derechos de importación en la Aduana de Cúcuta y sobre la cuantía de los mismos derechos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
