Trámite en línea. El Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos “Alexander Von Humboldt” en un plazo no mayor a seis (6) meses siguientes a la expedición de este decreto establecerá el procedimiento en línea para adelantar los trámites contenidos en el presente decreto.

Así mismo, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto y hasta que se implemente el trámite en línea los formatos referenciados en los artículos 6° y 9° estarán a disposición de los interesados en la página web del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
