Auxíliese al Municipio de Natagaima, en el Departamento del Tolima, por una sola vez con treinta mil pesos ($30.000.00). Esta suma se invertirá en la reparación y mejora de la planta eléctrica.

La partida anterior se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y caso de que no se incluyere, el Gobierno queda ampliamente facultado para abrir los créditos indispensables.
