El Gobierno podrá asignar, cuando lo estime necesario y previo el cumplimiento de las formalidades legales del caso, prima técnica a la persona que ocupe el cargo de Jefe de la División V-28 de la División de Promoción de Colegios Cooperativos, dependiente de la Dirección General de Servicios Educativos.
