El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, sin perjuicio de la aplicación de lo previsto en el artículo 4° del mismo, adiciona el Capítulo 3 al Título 4 del Libro 35 de la Parte 2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010 y modifica los artículos 2.35.4.2.1, 2.35.4.2.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010.
