CONTRATOS Y CONVENIOS DE COOPERACION. El Inpec podrá celebrar contratos y convenios de cooperación con entidades del sector privado, cuyo objeto se oriente al servicio social en los establecimientos de reclusión, con el fin de canalizar recursos y facilitar la participación de la comunidad en el funcionamiento de los establecimientos de reclusión y en el tratamiento penitenciario.
