Los operadores de telecomunicaciones que utilicen los campos que corresponden a numeración de reserva, definida en el cuadro "Matriz para los servicios semiautomáticos y especiales de Abonados - Esquema 1XY" del Plan Nacional de Numeración y Plan Nacional de Marcación, están obligadas a liberar dichos campos y a ajustar en su totalidad la prestación de los servicios semiautomáticos y especiales conforme a dicho cuadro.
