Art. 1350. Con anuencia de los herederos presentes procederá a la venta de los muebles i subsidiariamente de los inmuebles, si no hubiere dinero suficiente para el pago de las deudas o de los legados; i podrán los herederos oponerse a la venta entregando al albacea el dinero que necesite al efecto.
