En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, se incluirá precisamente la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000.00) para la reparación, decoración y dotación del Teatro de Colón, suma que se invertirá de acuerdo con la Dirección de Extensión Cultural del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

Parágrafo

Facúltase al Gobierno para abrir los créditos en el Presupuesto, necesarios para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, en el caso de que no se incluyere la partida respectiva.
